Practices consist of a 6-week sermon series paired with various groups meeting around the Prescott area once a week to discuss the sermon and practice a specific way of Jesus. This upcoming practice is titled Sexual Wholeness: Bodies - Sex - Gender - Singleness - Marriage - God. We have been preparing for this practice for two years and feel it is so important for our church to have a biblical understanding of God’s intent and heart for His design. 

Due to the specific content of this practice, we feel it is best for you to form a small group of trusted people consisting of up to three different households who collectively feel safe to engage in open and honest conversations. These trusted small groups will vary in size due to the number of people in each household. A household can consist of one person, a couple, or a family. If you are not able to form a trusted small group, you are welcome to do this practice on your own, but please note we feel it is always best when done with a group.

We recommend three households.

1. Identify the days and times that you are available the weeks of August 25th through September 29th. 

2. Brainstorm people who attend Restoration Church that you trust.

3. Ask these people if they are interested in forming a 6-week small group and see if you have mutual days and times that you are available to meet.

   1. If they are not interested, ask others, or do this practice on your own.

4. Once you have found two other households, determine:

   1. *Recurring day and time that you will meet.

   2. Group Leader

   3. Group Meeting Spot: Households can take turns hosting the group in each other’s homes or determine one house to meet each week.

5. Sign-up at The Wall, starting Sunday, August 4th. 

6. Purchase the Practice Booklet for $10 at The Wall, starting on August 4th. Instructions for how to facilitate your practice group will be included with your practice booklet. 

* It is crucial that all households in the practice group can commit to attending and participating in ALL 6 weeks of the scheduled practice group. If a household is not able to attend, it is recommended that the group is rescheduled, not canceled.
